Overview direction
Essenize is an interoperable chat platform for multiple use-cases, reached through easy integration rather than a closed inbox.
- Pluggable AI UI and SDK.
- Interoperable across modes and platforms.
- Knowledge base programming and path finding.
- Clear descriptions and usability graphs.
The switchboard problem
Ordinary telephone switchboards routed two parties. Chat at scale still requires wiring widgets, models, stores, queues, analytics, and channel adapters. Many vendors exist; almost none cover the breadth needed to compile a fully functional solution. Teams keep building their own stack.
Categories such as Chat as a Service, conversational APIs, flow builders, self-hosted platforms, widgets, SDKs, analytics, BYO LLM, and BYO database are usually owned by different players because the moats and operating models differ. Essenize is Restora’s bet that one product line can hold them without collapsing into a single industry wedge.
Scoping frame
The product is specified as a complete compile path:
- Pluggable Chat SDK for any chat layout that needs completion and association.
- Self-hosted, self-deployable backends and microfrontend frontends.
- Streaming API for live operational and conversational work.
- Multi-kinded templates with drag-and-drop design.
- Chat flow builder, visual and programmatic.
- Choose your own database and chat backend.
- Analytics suite and observability panel.
- Channel integrations with panel-driven configuration.
SDK and AI UI
Inject Essenize into websites and web applications. Provision overlay chatbots, full-screen chat systems, chat-based agents in custom flows, backend-only streams, and chat operations in agentic panels. The SDK is the integration possibility; the UI primitives stay consistent so operators and customers do not relearn chrome per mode.
Self-hosted runtime
Ship a Docker container. Deploy on your infrastructure. Receive a ready-to-use URL with documentation attached. Frontends are microfrontends so overlay, room, panel, and admin can version independently while sharing session, identity, and policy.
Streaming API
Live streams cover file processing, agentic updates, database logs, build and tooling updates, and deployment updates. Flows may be bidirectional for operations and guides, or monodirectional when the client should only listen.
Templates and flow builder
Templates include customer support, agentic panel, browsing session, and data dashboard. Design with drag and drop. The flow builder adds knowledge paths and toolkits so the conversation is useful, not merely fluent.
Bring your own data, backend, and model
Choose the chat database and run it on premise. Configure through SDK or admin console. Plug existing chat backends into Essenize tools and data kits. Point the runtime at the LLM that already meets your bar. Ownership is the default, not an enterprise checkbox.
Analytics and observability
Analytics (API or panel) realize the nature of customer interaction: audience, messaging, inflection points, usability graphs. Observability watches latency, throughput, message delivery, and turnaround on self-deployed or cloud instances.
Integrations
WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and webhooks. Pre-built or custom configurations from the main panel. The same flows and knowledge paths scale across platforms.
Pricing shape
Pricing is intentionally multi-lever so the bill tracks how you actually run chat:
- Per message pricing for high-volume transactional threads.
- Per monthly active users when the product is a seat-shaped companion.
- Clubbed volume records for committed usage.
- LLM charges passed through or billed against your own endpoint.
- Infrastructure charges absorbed or itemized for self-hosted footprints.
See the pricing page for packaged starting points. Enterprise contracts combine levers.
How to start
- Pick a surface: overlay, room, panel, or headless stream.
- Point the runtime at your database and LLM.
- Choose a template and a first knowledge path.
- Turn on analytics and observability before you scale a channel.
- Add WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, or webhooks once the core path is trustworthy.
